The Photographic Society of America is pleased to announce THE 5th PSA Photo Gathering 2027 in the Philippines
This 8-day, 7-night Photo Gathering will take you to various scenic locations, from the historic city of Manila to the picturesque landscapes of the north and south. In Manila, see Fort Santiago, the oldest fortification built in 1571, walk through the Walled City of Intramuros and its historic buildings and landmarks, and visit the Church of St. Agustin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, together with the newly opened Museo del Galeon and see a full-scale representation of the 17th-century Galeon Espiritu Santo and its journeys to the New World via the galleon trade.

Travel south to Taal to see Taal Volcano, the world’s smallest active volcano, set within the picturesque Taal Lake. Drive further south to Taal Heritage Village for a curated photoshoot depicting the daily lives of early Filipinos in the late 1800s, inside original houses built during the same era.

Then travel north to Baguio, known as the Summer Capital of the Philippines. Built on a mountain plateau, the city is renowned for its unique landscape and culture. Visit Tam-awan Village, a living museum depicting the lives of the ethnic mountain tribes. Among these tribes are the Igorots, whose ancestors were known as fierce warriors and headhunters.
